The new Lincoln PMV series pumps provide a new generation of drum pumps for viscous
and high-viscous mediums.
Primarily developed for the pumping of lubricants, the pumps are ideal for oil, fluid
grease and lubricating greases that are mineral oil based, as well as most synthetic
lubricants.
These pumps are unique in their modular design and in the low number of mechanical
components. The air logic technology is based on Lincoln’s proven and reliable PowerMaster
III series, which for years is Lincoln’s heavy-duty pump series for large systems.
This technology provides a fully pneumatically controlled air motor with few moving
parts.
Sub-assemblies enable a quick exchange of important components without completely
disassembling the pump. As a result, downtime during maintenance tasks is drastically
reduced and kept to an absolute minimum. The air valve assembly, which controls
the pump, can even be exchanged with ease while the pump remains in the drum.
The one-piece air cylinder is made from aircraft aluminum. This design reduces the
risk of leakage.
The low number of mechanical and moving parts increases the service life and reduces
the cost of ownership. The pumps also can operate without externally lubricated
air – even when only poor quality, contaminated air is available and the conditions
are rough.
